ISIS group has claimed responsibility for a suicide bomb attack on a Shiite mosque in eastern Saudi Arabia, Friday (22/5/2015). The attack killed at least 21 people and injuring dozens of others.
The blast occurred during Friday prayers at the Imam Ali Mosque in Qatif, a province in the eastern parts of Saudi Arabia. The photos uploaded in social media shows victims injured or killed with blood-stained clothes taken out of a building to the ambulance cars parked outside.
ISIS militant group called the perpetrators of the suicide attacks was Abu ' Ammar al-Pakistani. Such attacks are rare in Saudi Arabia, although the country's borders with Iraq and Yemen are wracked by conflict.
Meanwhile, a second explosion also occurred near a mosque in Sana'a, Yemen's capital city injuring at least 13 people, adding to the number of victims outside the location is usually the target of ISIS, which is in the territory of Syria and Iraq.
